Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current health and wellness, and exploring what it is you want to achieve in the longer term.
-

Each session will be targeted to your needs. We will discuss what your next steps are to achieving what you have set out to do. These steps will be small and manageable.
-
Integrative
Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I can also guide you towards other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, breathing techniques, sleep routines and more.
The science behind coaching…
When you begin coaching, you're not just making short-term improvements — you're starting a behavioural-change process that unfolds in clear, predictable stages.
Research shows that it takes:
around 3 weeks to begin noticing shifts in how you think, feel, and behave
around 6 weeks for new habits to start taking hold
around 36 weeks for those habits to become automatic — part of who you are, not something you're trying to remember
The early weeks set the foundation — but the real magic happens when you stay the course.
For individuals juggling demanding jobs, family commitments, and everything in between, that structured support and accountability makes all the difference. It's the thing that separates a good intention from a genuine, lasting change.
These coaching options are designed to help you build momentum, stay consistent, and create habits that genuinely stick — around your life, not instead of it.

If you're feeling exhausted, stuck in habits that don't serve you, or unsure where to even start with your health — that's usually a good sign coaching could help. It's not about following a rigid plan someone else has written for you; it's about working together to figure out what will realistically fit into your life and build from there.
Health coaching works well if you're ready to be an active part of the process — showing up, reflecting honestly, and making small, sustainable changes rather than looking for a quick fix. It's less useful if you're after a strict meal plan or someone to tell you exactly what to do; that's not how I work.
The honest answer is: the best way to know is to talk it through. I offer a free, no-obligation discovery call where we chat about where you're at, what you're hoping to change, and whether we'd be a good fit to work together. No pressure, no sales pitch — just a conversation to help you decide.

Sessions are led by you, not a script. We start by checking in on how the past week or two has gone, then dig into whatever's most relevant right now — whether that's a challenge you've hit, a pattern you're trying to shift, or a goal you want to make progress on. I don't hand you a written action plan; instead, we talk through what feels realistic and doable, and you decide what you want to commit to. After each session, I send a follow-up email summarising what we agreed, so you've got something to refer back to.
-
You're not on your own between sessions. I'm available via WhatsApp or email if you want to check in, ask a question, or just need a bit of accountability. It's there to help the changes actually stick in real life — not just during our sessions.

That depends on what you're working on and how much support you want. I offer three options: a 6-week progress programme for those who want to build initial momentum, an 8-week programme for deeper, more lasting habit change, and an ongoing monthly option for those who've either completed a programme and want continued support to maintain their progress or individuals who are new to coaching and don’t want to commit to a longer programme just yet. If you're not sure which is right for you, that's exactly what the free discovery call is for — we can talk through your current situation and see which would be best fit for you.

Health coaching sits alongside those professions, not in place of them. A nutritionist gives clinical dietary advice, and a therapist works with mental health — I'm neither of those. What I do is help you close the gap between knowing what's good for you and actually doing it, by working through the habits, mindset, and everyday barriers that get in the way. If at any point something you're dealing with would be better supported by a nutritionist, doctor, or therapist, I'll always point you in that direction.

Both — it depends on where you're based. Sessions can be held online, or in person if that works better for your location. We can talk through what suits you best on the discovery call.
-
Pricing depends on which package is the right fit for you. You can see the full breakdown on my ‘coaching’ page, or if you'd rather talk it through first, that's exactly what the free discovery call is for.

Life happens, and coaching should work around yours, not the other way round. If you need to pause or take a break partway through, just let me know — we'll figure out what makes sense together but ideally packages need to be completed within 4 months of starting them.

Most people who come to me have tried before. What's usually missing isn't willpower — it's a plan that actually fits their real life, and support to keep going when things get busy or motivation dips. Coaching is client-led, so instead of another rigid programme, we build changes around what's realistic for you specifically, and you have support between sessions to help it stick this time.

No — this isn't a prescriptive diet or fitness plan. We work with whatever's most relevant to you, whether that's food, movement, sleep, stress, or something else entirely, and at a pace that feels sustainable. You won't be handed a meal plan or a workout schedule to follow.
